In this matter our client was terminated from her facility and told she may have “ramifications” by her employer at IDFPR. We advised our client to self-report her termination from Good Sheppard and to obtain and evaluation to determine that she is fit to practice. We also analyzed her staff training protocol and found issues. We then prepared her for an informal hearing at the Department and were able to get a non-disciplinary outcome for our client.
